Exchange, Buy Back & Lifetime Diamond Upgrade

Kajal Naina is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with all of our products on the website, including their purchase, your security and satisfaction. However, in the event you would like to exchange your purchase for an alternative item, please send us an email at support@kajal-opti.blz.au within 14 days of your purchase as per our Cancellation and Returns Policy.

Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.

Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability; however, you will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges.

Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at your cost for the shipping, and refunded only as a credit note. You will be charged for any difference in cost, plus any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

After the 14-day period, if at any point in time you want to exchange or upgrade the product, we will happily offer you an Exchange as below:

  • Exchange at 70% of the invoice value or current market value.
  • In all cases, the current market value will be determined by Kajal Naina Ltd.
  • Exchanges and buybacks are always subject tothe approval of our quality team. 

** In case any coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the Buyback/exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes, as applicable.

While normal wear and tear is to be expected, suitable deductions are applicable for excessive wear and tear, damage, or stone defects (crack, replacement, alterations, and loss of bill and certificate), etc.

Diamond Jewellery:

Our buyback policy is applicable if you wish to return the diamond jewellery, solitaire diamond for a money-back guarantee in the future at any point after the 14-day return period.

  • Buy back at 70% of the invoice value or current market value.
  • In all cases, the current market value will be determined by Kajal Naina Ltd.
  • Exchanges and buybacks are always subject to the approval of our quality team.

Pearl Jewellery:

We are happy to buy back your pearl jewellery up to a 3-month period from the time of purchase if you wish to return it, after due examination and quality assurance checks for any damage or wear and tear, etc. 

  • Buy back at 70% of the invoice value or current market value.
  • In all cases, the current market value will be determined by Kajal Naina Ltd.
  • Exchanges and buybacks are always subject to the approval of our quality team.

After the 3 months have passed, we do not accept any returns of the pearl jewellery.

We are proud to offer a lifetime solitaire diamond jewellery upgrade. Any solitaire diamond jewellery purchased from Kajal Naina can be exchanged for credit equivalent to the original purchase price for a new diamond that is at least fifty per cent greater value.

In order to be eligible, the diamond being upgraded must be accompanied by original documentation, such as invoice copy and diamond certification, and must be in saleable condition.

Upgrade credit does not include duty or tax paid on the original purchase. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of the new diamond before any credit is applied.
